What is HIITCARDIO?

HIITCARDIO is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and burns calories. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides a challenge for all fitness levels. HIITCARDIO combines HIIT with high energy music providing the greatest bodyweight workout experience on the planet.
