What is HIITCIRCUIT?

HIITCIRCUIT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weighted plates, a step and bodyweight exercises to hit all major muscle groups. HIITCIRCUIT  combines intense HIIT exercises with super motivating music, motivating you to push yourself right to the end.

You can get qualified either online or by attending a one day workshop. Our world-class trainers take through the training. Once qualified you can deliver HIITCIRCUIT outdoors, within gyms and online.
